Travelled from Manchester to purchase a bmw 335d (400 mile round trip) and everything from Oscar answering questions honestly and thoroughly, to sending videos of the car and collecting us from the local train station. The entire process could not have been better. Oscar clearly knows his stuff and this is shown in the cars he sells and the way he sells them. The keyring, custom document folder for all the paperwork and other nice little touches were great too. I went to view a car found on Autotrader but the selection they had meant that I ended up purchasing something more suited for me. They were flexible as the car was being sold with a scratch which they hadn’t been able arrange for the paint to be delivered but I was able to book in an appointment to get this done at a later date as well as fitting brake pads which were near the end of their life). <br />The two staff members I spoke with were very helpful and didn’t rush anything through, it seems that they have a passion for what they do.<br />Car was sold with a new MOT and service and so far no issues.<br />Prices were very competitive as they closely follow cars already on the market<br />Overall a happy customer and will now consider using them for future works to be done to the vehicle, as and when needed.

From the initial contact (which I must add was latish on a Saturday evening), Oscar has been brilliant all around to deal with. Although I lost a lot on my car, he did give me the best trade in he could, so it made the deal possible. He arranged for me to pick the car up on Monday lunch time and that was after taking the car to get a new mot in the morning. When I arrived I was made very welcome, made me a coffee and fussed my dog whilst we were just waiting for the car to return from the MOT garage. We did the paperwork during this time and they even went online to do my tax (obviously I paid for it). I was now realistically buying the car blind as I hadn’t seen it or test driven it, but do you know what, I wasn’t worried because you can tell that they are all so genuine there and if I do have a problem I’m sure they would be helpful. I travelled from Kent and I’m so glad I did because good genuine car sales garages I feel are very few and far between and I found one here. So I highly recommend them.
